When we set out to develop our Direct-Drive Wheelbases, we wanted to create the best sim racing Wheelbases on the market – measured by every parameter, but without breaking the budget. Our goal was higher than just reselling a common industrial motor and trying to adapt everything around it. That was a big challenge, but just like with our award-winning pedals and Steering Wheels, we started with a blank sheet of paper.

We acquired and integrated intellectual property from leading providers, partnered with Mige – a well-known motor supplier in the sim racing scene – and after years of development in electronics, software, firmware, mechanics, collaborations, design, testing, and validation, we are now ready! We present: the Invicta™ with 27 Nm, the Forte® with 18 Nm, and the La Prima™ with 12 Nm (upgradeable). True to the philosophy of our other products, with Asetek SimSports® you get the same quality, durability, and technical excellence – and above all the same user experience, whether you choose our entry-level La Prima™ or our flagship Invicta™. All Wheelbases between 12 and 27 Nm feature a high-quality 22-bit encoder, a slip ring, and custom electronics that deliver an unparalleled driving experience. Jerks or delays are a thing of the past. All key components are, of course, made from aluminum and steel.

All Asetek SimSports® Wheelbases deliver smooth, ultra-fast, and precise feedback, allowing you to feel even the smallest bumps and curbs on the track. For example: each of our Wheelbases has a resolution of 0.000085 degrees – that’s about 4,000,000 steps per Steering Wheel rotation! With an Asetek SimSports® Wheelbase, you don’t have to choose between a true high-fidelity driving experience and an attractive price. You get it all in one!

Highlight: Be Yourself – High Flexibility in Mounting

Since all Wheelbases were developed from scratch, we were able to create an extremely compact and flexible design that fits any racing Cockpit configuration. The Wheelbase serves as the central interface in your simulator, where you can connect your Asetek SimSports® pedals, Steering Wheels, and future peripherals – with up to 5 USB-C ports on the back.

In the simplest mounting option (factory standard configuration), T-slots are already pre-installed in the lower rails, allowing you to slide the Wheelbase forward or backward in your Cockpit. This saves you expensive and long Steering Wheel spacers that could potentially reduce the lifespan of your Wheelbase. For all our Wheelbases, we offer a variety of mounting options: from table clamp sets to bottom mount, side mount, and our integrated front mounts. Many sim racers love tinkering with their hardware and proudly showcasing their setup. That’s why we integrated up to six fully configurable aRGB LED strips. This lets you customize the look of your Wheelbase to match the rest of your Asetek SimSports® gear, your team colors, or even the color of your fireproof racing underwear! Everything is controlled in our central software RaceHub™, which is also the command center for your Wheelbase. There, you can – in addition to all other Asetek SimSports® components – adjust your Wheelbase and the driving feel exactly to your liking.

Highlight: Speed is Everything – The Quick Release

All Asetek SimSports® Wheelbases feature our own Quick-Release system, which is as easy to use as shifting gears. To detach the Steering Wheel from the Wheelbase, you simply press a paddle – and you’re holding the Steering Wheel in your hands! Of course, we don’t rely on wireless or batteries that need charging, or on fragile cables. Everything is integrated into our straightforward, play-free Quick-Release.

Instead of forcing you into a specific system, we partnered with a number of leading Steering Wheel manufacturers who offer native support for our Asetek SimSports® Direct-Drive Wheelbases.
